Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates with Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and guide them through the process
- Process all LOA paperwork and ensure compliance with established procedures and laws
- Administer FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field experience
- Current experience in integrated disability and absence management
- Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by the employer
