California Licensed 401K Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Entrusted with a book of business in defined contribution plans, the full-time California Licensed 401K Relationship Manager will manage client relationships, educate clients, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet the needs of Plan Sponsors and Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers
• Facilitate discussions on legal, regulatory, and design issues, providing analysis and recommendations on plan alternatives
• Coordinate with internal resources to implement Fidelity solutions and address client needs effectively

Required qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
• Series 7 and 63 certifications required
• 8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience, preferably in the Retirement/401K industry
• Experience in retirement plan record keeping and administration
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong internal and external partnerships
