Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone follow-up and assistance to individuals in crisis, assessing risk and linking them to mental health services
• Maintain accurate call reports and documentation, ensuring timely submission
• Attend required meetings and fulfill continuing education requirements as needed

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year in crisis intervention preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
