A company is looking for a 988 Follow Up Counselor, Bilingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone follow-up and assistance to individuals in crisis, assessing risk and linking to services
• Contact mental health service providers to facilitate access to necessary services for callers
• Maintain accurate call reports and documentation, ensuring timely submission and compliance with agency requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, preferably with crisis intervention or suicide prevention
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively use web-based platforms and electronic documentation systems
