To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed ABA Intake Coordinator will manage the intake and referral process, ensuring timely processing of referrals and serving as a key point of contact for clinicians and administrative staff in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Processes daily referrals and provides comprehensive intake data to the team to ensure timely responses
- Monitors the progress of assessments and assists with scheduling and treatment-related details
- Maintains accurate documentation in referral and EMR systems while improving intake processes
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent of two years of college coursework
- 3-5 years of experience in ABA intake
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Experience with CentralReach and high-volume intake processes
- Familiarity with the ABA field and ability to work with diverse populations
