Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Contract Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define Behavior Technician scheduling requirements in the San Diego area
• Screen resumes, conduct video interviews, and write offers for qualified Behavior Technician candidates
• Manage candidate communication during the interview process and notify non-qualified candidates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of ABA recruiting experience for BT roles based in San Diego
• Strong operations background with adherence to Recruiting Team's workflows and processes
• Good knowledge of G Suite and experience in an asynchronous environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Industry benchmarked, competitive pay of $30-$35 per hour
