Job Summary

To lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health positions, the full-time remote California Licensed ABA Recruiter will develop talent pipelines, manage candidate relationships, and partner with hiring managers to attract top ABA professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
• Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
