California Licensed ABA Scheduler

Job Summary

To support a growing learning center team, the full-time California Licensed ABA Scheduler will manage scheduling processes for clients and services, optimize provider availability, and ensure efficient operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling processes for assigned regions, managing client services and appointments
• Maximize client authorizations and optimize provider availability to ensure efficient service delivery
• Field calls from potential clients and manage the upkeep of the EHR system, CentralReach

Required qualifications:

• Must be located in California
• 2 or more years of ABA scheduling experience
• Experience with scheduling software; familiarity with CentralReach is a plus
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and email
• Bachelor's degree preferred
