Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a management or supervisory role
• 5+ years of knowledge in FMLA, Leave of Absence, and Disability
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and web applications
• Knowledge of leave laws and benefit options
