Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Integrated Absence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Leave of Absence and related claims in accordance with established protocols
• Manage and track eligibility for job-protected leaves and provide guidance on regulations and company policies
• Coordinate return to work efforts and ensure high-quality customer service for claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience in Leave of Absence and/or related disability
• Thorough understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications
• CPDM certification preferred
• General knowledge of Benefit Taxability
