Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accommodation Consultant to support disability and accommodation services for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the highest escalation point for case management and stakeholder consulting
• Manage escalated responses and collaborate with leave case managers and disability vendors
• Provide consultation on accommodation matters to HR partners, managers, and employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
• 5+ years of HR experience, including ADA/FMLA administration
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience managing confidential employee information
