Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant
• Handle policy processing tasks including endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoicing
• Maintain accurate data in agency systems and ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience, or 5+ years of related customer service experience
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active Property & Casualty licensing required
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
