Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director National Account Services to oversee retention and revenue growth activities for in-force customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for existing clients
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of Account Managers
- Collaborate with sales management to generate revenue and cultivate relationships with key groups and brokers
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, including 3+ years in management
- 5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with SalesForce and MS Office; life, accident & disability license preferred
