Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director National Account Services to oversee retention and revenue growth activities for in-force customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for existing clients
  • Supervise, train, and develop a team of Account Managers
  • Collaborate with sales management to generate revenue and cultivate relationships with key groups and brokers
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, including 3+ years in management
  • 5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with SalesForce and MS Office; life, accident & disability license preferred
