Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and consulting engineers
  • Assist with design and specifications of control system applications and estimate associated costs
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and provide sales support for new installations
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in plan & spec/construction sales
  • Experience in sales within the building automation field
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
  • Understanding of building HVAC systems and control applications
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management
