Job Summary
To drive business growth in the Victorville, CA area, a California Licensed Account Executive will manage a hybrid, full-time sales role focused on building client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to account expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong client pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development and client retention efforts
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and deliver data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills utilizing phone, email, social media, and networking
- Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
