California Licensed Account Executive
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic Broker team, the full-time California Licensed Account Executive will assist in executing trades, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares accounts for new business and renewals, initiating reviews to optimize client coverage and retention
- Collaborates with brokers to create market submissions and proposals for new client opportunities
- Generates performance reports and ensures accuracy of data in internal systems while adhering to industry regulations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred
- State P&C and/or surplus line licenses are required
- Preferred certifications include Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Commercial Insurance License (CIL)
