California Licensed Account Executive

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Account Executive will manage accounts through their lifecycle, coordinate internal resources for effective execution, and promote new and renewal business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts through submission, quoting, binding, and ongoing servicing
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely placement and execution of policies
• Negotiate coverage terms with underwriters and prepare coverage recommendations based on risk analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience within wholesale insurance, including account handling and marketing responsibilities
• Current state-specific insurance license required
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and market dynamics
• Proficiency in business systems and Microsoft Office tools
