Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote (PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
- Assist in marketing and servicing clients, including preparing renewal submissions and processing policy changes
- Mentor and train Account Assistants and ensure accuracy in policy documentation and invoicing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- California Property & Casualty License
- High School or Associates Degree
- Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic
