Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote (PST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
  • Assist in marketing and servicing clients, including preparing renewal submissions and processing policy changes
  • Mentor and train Account Assistants and ensure accuracy in policy documentation and invoicing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • California Property & Casualty License
  • High School or Associates Degree
  • Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic
