Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Producers in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare proposals and settlement documents while reviewing medical records and rate changes
- Monitor post-settlement policy issues and ensure the accuracy of policies delivered to clients
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience with workers' compensation claims
- Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
