Key Responsibilities
- Support Producer in managing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Prepare proposals, settlement documents, and review medical records for accuracy
- Monitor post-settlement policy issues and ensure compliance with data standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience with workers' compensation claims
- Valid Insurance License and compliance with Continuing Education requirements
