Key Responsibilities
  • Support Producer in managing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, settlement documents, and review medical records for accuracy
  • Monitor post-settlement policy issues and ensure compliance with data standards


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) or more years of related work experience
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with workers' compensation claims
  • Valid Insurance License and compliance with Continuing Education requirements
