Job Summary
Managing client relationships and driving revenue growth, the full-time California Licensed Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the main liaison for account-related matters
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Develop and execute an Account Operating Plan aligned with client business goals and ensure timely service delivery
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in enterprise account management
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with stakeholder management at senior levels
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
