Job Summary

Managing client relationships and driving revenue growth, the full-time California Licensed Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the main liaison for account-related matters
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute an Account Operating Plan aligned with client business goals and ensure timely service delivery
Required qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in enterprise account management
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management at senior levels
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
