Job Summary
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, the full-time California Licensed Account Manager will oversee client financial activities, coordinate with professional advisors, and serve as a key point of contact in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping for entertainment and business management clients
- Perform daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and banking partners while resolving accounting issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience in business management
- Experience at a CPA or business management firm preferred
- Proficiency in Datafaction (or similar systems)
- Strong understanding of both computerized and manual accounting processes
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain) preferred
