California Licensed Account Representative

Job Summary

Supporting Producers and the service team, the part-time California Licensed Account Representative will provide customer service, manage bond executions, and assist with account discrepancies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Executes and analyzes bonds to ensure proper execution
• Reviews client accounting history and corrects account discrepancies, including assisting in collections
• Submits new bond applications and invoices all transactions related to bonds and endorsements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license is a plus
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
