Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant III to maintain financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy and ensure proper accruals
• Collaborate with external audit firms for timely audits and compliance reporting
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and/or applicable military experience
• 5+ years of general financial accounting and healthcare regulatory reporting experience
• Preferred: 5+ years of financial accounting in medical services with enterprise-level accounting software experience
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience with California Department of Managed Healthcare risk-bearing financial regulatory reporting
