California Licensed Accounting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst to manage finance functions and support audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Oversee accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable and financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and assist with annual statutory audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA certification required
• 2-7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably in a software or technology company
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
