California Licensed Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Licensed Accounting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage client interactions on financial engagements
• Review and oversee deliverables related to operational due diligence and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA and/or MBA may substitute for an Accounting degree
• 3 to 6 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Proactive in identifying client needs and building relationships
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to set engagement expectations
