California Licensed Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Licensed Accounting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and interact with clients to solve complex accounting issues
• Review deliverables related to financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements
• Mentor Consultants and participate in business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
• 3 to 6 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Proactive in identifying client needs and building relationships
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality client service
