California Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the General Accounting Department and enhance financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support Plant Controllers and Corporate Management with accounting procedures and issue resolution
• Manage general accounting functions and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Heavy inventory accounting experience required
• Experience in a Distribution facility preferred
• CPA and public accounting experience strongly preferred
