California Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and compliance in a government contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit journal entries for month-end close of indirect rates
• Develop and submit Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
• Ensure compliance with CAS, FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• SAP S/4HANA experience required
• 4 years of operating cost analytics or indirect rate development experience
• 3 years of cost accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, and government audit processes
