California Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the Property Accounting Department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and workload of the property accounting team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of properties
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of property accountants

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting or the real estate industry
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing teams
• General understanding of computerized accounting systems; MRI experience required
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
• Advanced education in accounting; CPA designation is a plus but not required
