Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - REMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Property Accounting Department for assigned commercial properties
• Manage, supervise, and train property accounting staff while ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Assist in the annual property budget process and onboard new client accounts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting or the real estate industry
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• General understanding of computerized accounting systems, with MRI experience required
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
• Advanced education in accounting or CPA designation is a plus, but not required
