California Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and compliance functions for its subsidiaries globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international accounting and reporting, collaborating with worldwide subsidiaries
• Oversee preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Coordinate with third-party accounting service providers and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in a combination of Big 4 and publicly traded organizations
• 1-3 years of international experience preferred
• Strong computer and Excel skills required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
