Job Summary

Providing guidance on complex accounting issues, the full-time California Licensed Accounting Supervisor will supervise daily accounting activities, prepare financial reports, and lead innovation efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises daily accounting activities and mentors accounting staff
• Prepares complex financial reports and participates in financial statement closings
• Leads projects and communicates project opportunities and constraints to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of professional experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
• One or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proven knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience working with BlackLine or related software
