Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the part-time Accounts Payable Clerk will manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, process invoices, and maintain vendor relationships while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoice intake, processing, and approval routing for accounts payable operations
- Process and reconcile corporate card transactions, ensuring compliance with T&E policy
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor records
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay processes
- Solid understanding of AP fundamentals, including invoice processing and vendor management
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong critical thinking and judgment skills in fast-paced environments
