California Licensed Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized, systems-driven California Licensed Accounts Payable Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining ledger accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor employee spend within the corporate card and expense platform, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice management, payment execution, and vendor onboarding
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive accounts payable and expense management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct; experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice workflows, and vendor management
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions
