Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payments from primary and secondary payers and self-pay patients
• Conduct thorough and timely follow-up on patient accounts for accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Resolve accounts receivable issues and maintain cash collection metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with healthcare denials and appeals
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and reading medical policies from payers
• Previous healthcare experience
