Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time California Licensed Accounts Receivable Rep will manage patient account follow-up, ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting, and collaborate with insurance companies to secure timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payments from primary and secondary payers as well as self-pay patients
• Conduct thorough and timely follow-up on patient accounts to maintain accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Resolve reimbursement issues and manage denials, collaborating with relevant stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Recent experience with healthcare denials and appeals
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and medical policies from payers
• Healthcare experience is required
