Key Responsibilities

• Manage revenue collection processes, including coding, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
• Identify and communicate revenue improvement opportunities to leadership
• Develop and evaluate coding and billing strategies while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospital billing and follow-up, preferably in dermatology
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• 3+ years of remote working experience
• Understanding of healthcare management and patient accounts
• Background in insurance denial and appeals
