Job Summary

To support the Disability Leave Services team, the part-time California Licensed ACM Consultant will provide case management for accommodation requests related to life events, serving as a single point of contact for employees while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and respond to inquiries about accommodation events, benefits, and options available to employees
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees, providing holistic case management services and reviewing medical documentation
  • Critically assess and adjust case management plans to meet employees' changing needs and troubleshoot issues that arise during leave events
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and Human Resources, Claim Management, or Leave & Disability management
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
