Job Summary

Providing comprehensive case management for accommodation requests, the full-time California Licensed ACM Consultant will serve as a single point of contact for employees navigating leave of absence and disability events, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while addressing sensitive situations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and respond to inquiries regarding accommodation events and available benefits
  • Review medical documentation and adjust case management plans based on employee needs
  • Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns and maintain accurate system records
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and Human Resources, Claim Management, or Leave & Disability management
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience managing confidential employee information and adhering to confidentiality standards
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures
