Job Summary
To analyze financial risks and produce actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will perform reserve analyses, support data engineering efforts, and develop advanced actuarial documentation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines
- Produce financial forecasts and expense allocations to support captive pricing and insurance program budgets
- Develop and design advanced actuarial models while collaborating with business partners to translate findings into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the property and casualty industry
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field and a minimum of six (6) years actuarial experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
