Job Summary

To analyze financial risks and produce actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will perform reserve analyses, support data engineering efforts, and produce financial forecasts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines
  • Produce actuarial data, reports, and models to support commercial insurance programs and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate mathematical constructs into actionable business recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to apply advanced actuarial methods to assess financial risks and opportunities
