Job Summary
Analyzing financial risks and producing actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will support data engineering and compliance efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines
- Develop and design advanced actuarial models and documentation for financial reports and tax returns
- Collaborate with business partners to translate mathematical constructs into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience, with at least one (1) year in the property and casualty industry
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
