Job Summary

Analyzing financial risks and producing actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will support data engineering efforts, conduct reserve analyses across property and casualty lines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external reserve analyses and produce financial forecasts for insurance program budgets
  • Develop and design advanced actuarial models while validating results and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with business partners to translate mathematical constructs into actionable recommendations and support audit compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial risks and opportunities using advanced actuarial methods
