Job Summary

To support financial risk analysis, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will analyze actuarial data and models, perform reserve analyses across property/casualty insurance lines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external reserve analyses and produce actuarial reports and models
  • Support data engineering and automation efforts across multiple claims data sources
  • Develop and design advanced actuarial documentation and models for financial forecasts and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience, with at least one (1) year in the property and casualty industry
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to conduct actuarial analyses and interpret financial risks and opportunities
