Job Summary

Analyzing financial risks and producing actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will manage reserve analyses, support data engineering efforts, and ensure compliance with audit requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines
  • Produce actuarial documentation and financial forecasts to support insurance program budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate mathematical constructs into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience in the property and casualty industry
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets
  • Proven ability to conduct actuarial analyses and develop advanced actuarial models
