Job Summary
To analyze financial risks and produce actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will manage internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts analyses of product line financials, pricing, reserves, and performance to support business decisions
- Develops advanced actuarial models and documentation for financial reports and regulatory compliance
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex mathematical constructs into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience, with at least one (1) year in the property and casualty industry
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
