Job Summary
To analyze financial risks and produce actuarial models, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will perform internal and external reserve analyses, support data engineering efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial risks and opportunities using advanced actuarial methods and produce actuarial data and reports
- Support the development of work plans and collaborate with business partners to make effective business decisions
- Develop and design advanced actuarial models and documentation to comply with insurance regulations and support internal audits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience in the property and casualty industry
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field and a minimum of six (6) years actuarial experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
