California Licensed Actuarial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial risk analysis, the full-time California Licensed Actuarial Analyst will analyze financial risks, produce actuarial models and reports, and support data engineering efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external reserve analyses across multiple property/casualty insurance lines
- Develop and design advanced actuarial documentation, including financial reports and tax returns
- Collaborate with business partners to translate mathematical constructs into actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of actuarial experience, with at least one (1) year in the property and casualty industry
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate or Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate
