Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
• Expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design and funding concepts
• Experience leading data analytic projects
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
